DMAC Holdings Ltd was formed in 2017 and is the UK parent company for International Compensation Lawyers.
DMAC Holdings Ltd was originally formed to claim against property developers that had gone into liquidation.
We represent 100’s of clients through the courts, ensuring that all claims were issued before the deadline passed on Spanish banks accepting claims on 01/10/2020.
After our work was completed in this sector our partners ICL informed us that they would be not be taking on any further clients who owned timeshares in Spain who were looking for compensation if their timeshare company had gone into liquidation. ICL were still getting inundated with clients contacting them who owned Timeshares in Silverpoint Resorts and Club La Costa asking our Spanish Lawyers to represent them and they would not take on their case.
ICL are unlike other companies who will advise you that you can still claim against Silverpoint Resorts and Club La Costa (which you can), however if you are issuing a claim against Silverpoint Resorts or Club La Costa your claim will be so far down on the list of creditors that it is really unlikely that you will receive any monies.
ICL existing clients that have claims against Silverpoint Resorts or Club La Costa cases were presented as a Civil procedure until Silverpoint Resorts or Club La Costa announced they were going into liquidation their cases ceased as civil procedures and were represented as commercial claims in the Mercantile Court in Santa Cruz. Although these cases will now take considerably longer these clients will be at the top of the creditors’ list and it is very much a first come first serve basis. Our lawyers believe it be unethical to charge clients a fee for something they could not achieve for that client.

We look at every case individually and we will allocate our clients to a solicitor that would best represent their case. The solicitor will access our client's case free of charge and they will only take the case on if they deem it viable.

Can you cancel our Timeshare contract(s)* and pursue the finance company(s)?
We will access every case individually and we will be able to advise you if we cancel your existing Timeshare contract(s) and claim against any finance contracts you have taken out to pay for these contracts.
*Our solicitors cannot cancel Timeshares that fall under Scottish Law however, should you have taken out any finance to pay for these products, we may still be able to claim.
Have I missed the deadline to claim for monies lost on Spanish developments?
Unfortunately, the last claim we could submit on our client’s behalf was on the 1st of October 2020. We have had several people contact us saying the other companies are still offering this service after the deadline, this is not possible so please do not fall victim to these scams.
